I am going to call this book a must read.  Jason Frenn has a beautiful way of writing and a very powerful message.  This is not a self-help type of book.  Breaking the Barriers helps you build a firm foundation and a solid walk with the Lord.  Jason’s walk has not always been with the Lord and that’s why I think this book is go great because Jason’s walk today is very strong.  God’s message never changes throughout time - we do.  Breaking the Barriers not only helps us find our way but shows us how to build a strong foundation.
