If atheists and the ACLU get their way a 29-foot-tall cross that is part of
a veterans memorial in San Diego could soon be destroyed. Since 1954,
the memorial had stood as a symbol of the selfless sacrifice and service
to our nation’s veterans. Now a campaign called “Don’t Tear me Down”
is underway to save the Mount Soledad Memorial.
